摘要
用不同浓度的蜂胶乙醇提取液涂抹鸡蛋,在室温(14 ～28 ℃) 下进行贮存保鲜试验。结果表明:蜂胶乙醇提取液对鸡蛋有一定的保鲜作用,浓度为12 % 的蜂胶乙醇提取液保鲜效果最好,保鲜期比未经处理的延长45 天。
By means of smearing eggs with the juice abstracted from the bee glue alcohol at room temperature 14—28° C to preserve eggs fresh. The experimental results show that the effect of 12% juice abstracted from bee glue alcohol is the best, the preserving period inereased 45 days, that longer than those of unsmeared.
