摘要 采用原位聚合的方法制备了PVC/纳米碳酸钙复合树脂,考察了纳米碳酸钙加入量对聚合体系的影响,以及纳米碳酸钙加入量、加料工艺、复合分散剂配比对PVC/纳米碳酸钙复合树脂粒度分布的影响。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为纳米碳酸钙用量为4份(以VCM用量为100份计),采用倒加料工艺,复合分散剂m(HPMC60)∶m(KH-20)=1∶3。 PVC/nano-CaCO3 composite resins were prepared by in-situ polymerization process. Influcnccs of nano-CaCO3 dosages on polymerization system were investigated as well as the influences of nano-CaCO3 dosages, feeding mode and composite dispersing agent ratio on the particle size distribution of PVC/ nano-CaCO3 composite resins. The results show that the optimum process conditions arc as follows: nano-CaCO3 dosages arc 4 phr (based on VCM), reverse feeding mode is adopted, and composite dispersing agent ratio is rn (HPMC60) : m (KH- 20) = 1 : 3.
