锅炉投油运行对环保设备的影响和对策

Boiler Oil Operation on the Influence and Countermeasure of Environmental Protectoin Equipment

燃煤锅炉在点火启动、停运以及低负荷运行时,需投油助燃,此时不可避免地对炉后环保设备(包括电除尘器和脱硫系统及烟道),有着显著的影响。结合华能曲阜电厂锅炉运行经验,提出解决措施和方法,包括优化电除尘器的运行电压和振打频率,监控脱硫吸收塔液位和溢流情况,通过消泡剂的添加、脱硫废水的及时排放、石膏浆液的及时脱水、浆液浓度的调节等措施控制脱硫吸收剂的密度和pH值,保证锅炉投油运行时环保设备总体稳定运行。

Oil should be put into the coal-fired boiler to help its combustion when the boiler starts by ignition,stops working and runs at a low load.Under this circumstance,the environmental protection equipment after furnace,including ESP control,desulfurization system and the funnel will be affected noticeably.This paper propose the solutions and methods to treat such negative effects according to the boiler running experiences of Huaneng Qufu power,which includes： Optimizing the operating voltage and vibrating frequency of ESP control;Monitoring the liquid level and overflow of the desulfurization absorption tower;Controlling the density and PH value of the desulfurization absorption agent by the methods of adding de-foamer,discharging FGD wastewater timely,dehydration of gypsum slurry timely and adjusting the slurry concentration,etc.All the above solutions can ensure the stable running of the environmental protection equipment in the case of putting oil into boiler under its operation.
