摘要
由于大滞后大惯性的热工被控对象使用简单的PID控制器很难取得很好的效果。因此,在采用遗传算法对PID控制器参数进行寻优的基础上,引入大滞后补偿技术(状态变量技术和相位补偿技术),先补偿被控对象的滞后和惯性,再采用遗传算法寻优,取得了良好效果。
Thermal processes often have large inertia and lag characteristic.This paper applied the state variable technique and the phase compensating technique first to the controlled objects.The large inertia and lag characteristic of the controlled object can be compensated by using large-lag compensation technique.Furthermore,use the modified GA to tune the PID parameters.The simulation results have shown that this control strategy is effective.
