摘要
本文主要论述基于双PLC的矿井提升控制系统的研究与应用,拟采用西门子S7-400系列PLC形成主控制逻辑电路,采用西门子S7-300系列PLC形成控制保护电路,2套PLC形成冗余保护,从而对提升工艺进一步优化,更好的实现双线程位置速度保护。
Study and application of hoisting systems in mine shafts based on dual PLC are realized in this paper.The main logic control circuit is realized by Simens S7-400 PLC,the protection control circuit is realized by Simens S7-300 PLC,and the redundant control of dual PLC is realized.The process of hoisting systems is optimized,and the better speed protection of double positions is realized.
