通过对煤炭质量常规分析项目(水分、灰分、挥发分、全硫、碳氢、发热量)检测流程和数据处理进行分析,制定煤质检测信息全自动提取的方案。形成与LIMS系统整理对接设计;通过配置相应硬件、网络和系统平台,实现样品检测数据的采集、录入、处理、检查、判定、存储、传输、共享等各项业务管理。
The solution by which information concerning testing results of coal quality can be automatically extracted is prepared through analysis on the testing flowchart and data processing of general items used to analyze coal quality（water content,ash content,volatile matter,total sulfur,hydrocarbon,and thermal value）.It is designed to connect with LIMS system.With the supporting hardway.
