臭氧治疗阴道炎疗效观察

The effect observation of ozone in the treatment of vaginitis

目的:观察臭氧治疗常见阴道炎的疗效。方法:观察组的93例滴虫性阴道炎、147例单纯性阴道假丝酵母菌病和91例细菌性阴道病患者均使用FJ-008A妇科臭氧治疗仪产生的臭氧水冲洗阴道5min,再经臭氧治疗仪之超声仪产生的臭氧混合气雾阴道内喷射治疗10min,每天1次,7d为1个疗程。同时与对照组进行药物治疗的疗效比较。结果:臭氧治疗阴道炎的疗效与药物治疗道阴炎的疗效无显著差异。结论:臭氧是非药物治疗妇科常见阴道炎的方法之一。

Objective：To observe the effect of ozone in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods：There were 93 trichomonas vaginitis patients,147 cases of simple vaginal candida disease and 91 cases with bacterial vaginosis patients in observation group,they were all used FJ-008A ozone therapeutic instrument 5 minutes,then by the ultrasound therapeutic apparatus of ozone produced by ozone mixed aerosol spray treatment of 10 minutes within the vagina,once a day,seven days as a treatment course.The effect of the observation group was compared with the control group,the control group was treated onlyby medicine.Results：There had no significant difference between the efficacy of ozone and medicine in the treatment of vaginitis.Conclusion：Using FJ-008A gynecological ozonic instrument to treat common vaginitis is another method without medicine.
