丹参冻干粉并单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

Observation on lyophilized salvia powder and isosorbide mononitrate for the treatment of angina pectoris

目的:探讨丹参冻干粉并单硝酸异山梨酯对冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果。方法:将2009年1月～2010年12月入院的98例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分成两组。其中对照组40例,给予800mg丹参冻干粉加入5%葡萄糖或0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml中静脉滴注,每日1次;治疗组除上述治疗外,另给予20mg单硝酸异山梨酯加入5%葡萄糖或0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml内静脉滴注。两组治疗时间均为10d。结果:和对照组相比较,治疗组患者的临床症状和心电图改变明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组均无严重副作用。结论:丹参冻干粉并单硝酸异山梨酯联合治疗冠心病心绞痛比单独应用丹参冻干粉更为有效,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the efficiency of lyophilized salvia powder and isosorbide mononitrate for the treatment of angina pectoris.Method：Randomly divided 98 cases of angina pectoris patients admitted from January 2009 to December 2010 into two groups.Control group of 40 patients received 800 mg lyophilized salvia powder added to 5% glucose or 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 ml intravenous infusion,once daily;Treatment group of 58 patients were also given 20 mg isosorbide mononitrate added to 5% glucose or 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 ml intravenous infusion in addition to the above treatment.Courses of treatment for both groups were 10 days.Results：Compared to the control group,the patients in the treatment group had significant improvement on clinical symptoms and ECG changes,with a statistically significant difference（P0.01）.There were no serious side effects for both groups.Conclusion：Lyophilized salvia powder and isosorbide mononitrate joint treatment of angina pectoris is more effective than lyophilized salvia powder alone and is worth promotion.
