自制中药舒肺散在治疗肺癌术后肺不张中的疗效观察

Study on the Shufei capsule to treat pulmonary atelectasis caused by lung cancer operations

目的:观察自制中药舒肺散治疗肺癌术后肺不张的疗效。方法:选择本院本科室住院患者中肺癌术后发生肺不张患者50例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例,对照组根据药敏结果给予抗生素等基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上服用自制中药舒肺散;两组均治疗7d,观察1、3、5、7d患者症状、体征、血液检查及影像检查。结果:治疗组总有效率好于对照组。结论:舒肺散能明显提高肺癌术后肺不张患者的疗效。

Objective：To evaluate the traditional Chinese medicine,Shufei capsule,made by our own hospital for the treatment of patients with pulmonary atelectasis after their lung cancer operations.Methods：Fifty pulmonary atelectasis patients were selected from all the in-patients of our department in our hospital and were randomly divided into two groups with twenty five patients each：treatment group and control group.The control group had been given the routine treatments such as antibiotic treatment based on their drug-resistance.Besides this,the patients in the treatment group had been given additional traditional Chinese medicine,Shufei capsule.The treatment duration was 7 days for both groups.All the patients had been checked on day 1,3,5 and 7 respectively on their symptoms,physical signs,blood and diagnostic imaging.Results：The overall therapeutic effect of treatment group was higher than the control group.Conclusion：Shufei capsule has remarkably improved the therapeutic effect of pulmonary atelectasis patients after their lung cancer operation.
