综合护理干预对四肢骨折患者术后疼痛的影响

The affect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain in patients with limb fractures

目的:探讨综合护理干预对四肢骨折患者术后疼痛的效果。方法:将90例四肢骨折手术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预措施。观察两组患者术后5d内疼痛情况。结果:两组患者在术后第2、3、4、5天时止痛效果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预有利于缓解四肢骨折术后疼痛,促进患者早日康复。

Objective：To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain in patients with limb fractures.Methods：90 patients with limb fracture surgery were randomly divided into control and observation groups,each 45 patients,control group patients implement routine care,observation group patients carry out comprehensive nursing intervention.Watched the two group patients＇ pain situation after surgery 5 days.Results：Two group patients after surgery 2 days,3 days,4 days,5 days,the analgesic effect was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The comprehensive nursing intervention will help ease the pain in patients with limb fractures,to promote patient recovery.
