摘要
用垂体后叶素造成小鼠急性心肌缺血,检测其血清、心肌乳酸脱氨酶(LDH)和血浆、心肌丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,研究竹节人参提取物对心肌缺血的保护作用。结果:竹节人参提取物可明显地减少缺血小鼠心肌LDH漏出,降低心肌MDA含量。表明:竹节人参提取物对实验性心肌缺血损伤有很好的保护作用。并对其保护作用的机理从抗再灌注自由基损伤角度进行了初步探讨。
Myocardial ischernia in mice was modeled by using pituitrin. Detecting serum lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and myocardium LDH content and plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) and myocardium MDA comtent, the protective effect of panax japonicus C. A. Meyer extractive onexperimental myocaLrdial ischemic damage was studied. Experimental results showed Panax japoniCus C. A. rneyer extractive could also singificantly decrease the leakage of LDH from myocardium and content of rnyocardium MDA suggesting protective effect on myocardial ischemic danlage The mechanism of the protective effect was discussed from anti-free radicals danlage of reperfusion.
