手术室护理技术分层次准入管理的研究

目的构建手术室护理技术准人管理体系，以提高手术室护理安全。方法采取现场调查法、文献调研法及专家咨询法建立手术室护理技术准入管理体系。结果遴选专家积极性系数为94．7％，平均权威系数为0．85。建立了涵盖6类23个项目的手术室护理技术指标。该指标平均难度值为5．36，最高的甲类手术配合难度值为8．25，最低的手术环境评估难度值为3．21。根据难易程度将手术室护理技术分为3类，通过专家咨询明确了不同类别手术配合的人员资质、培训内容及能力要求。结论建立手术室护理技术准入管理体系，丰富了手术室护理技术内涵，提高了手术室护理的安全性，为实施准入管理提供了参考依据。同时，对加快手术室护理专业化进程具有一定意义。

Objective To construct the operating room nursing technology level-division admittance management system. Methods Adopting on-the-spot investigation, iterature research method and expert consultation method to construct the operating room nursing technology level-division admittance management system. Results The enthusiasm coefficient of selected experts was 94.7%, the average authority coefficient was 0.85, six types including 23 items of operating room nursing technology were established. The average difficulty value of this index was 5.36, the highest average difficulty value of class A surgery was 8.25, while the lowest environmental assessment of surgery was 3.21. According to the degree of difficulty, the operating room nursing technology was divided into three classes, the personnel qualifications, training content and capacity requirements of each categories of surgery was confirmed through expert consultation. Conclusions The establishment of the operating room nursing management system can enrich the connotation of operating room nursing technology, increase the nursing safety of the operating room and provide reference basis for admittance management system. At the same time, it can speed up the professionalization process of operating room nursing.
