Study on the n Butyl Glucoside Synthesis

摘要 用直接法合成了正丁基葡萄糖苷,探讨了其各主要影响因素,得出适宜的反应条件为:反应温度110 °C,催化剂∶葡萄糖∶正丁醇= 0.02∶1∶6(摩尔比),反应时间3h,所得产品质量优良,收率> 88% 。 Alkyl polyglucoside (APG) product is a new type of non ionic surfactant which possesses high foaming power, emulsifying, softening, detergent, and low irritating properties, etc. n Butyl glucoside has been synthesized by the direct reaction between glucose and n butanol and the influence factors of reaction process have been also investigated. As a result, the optimal conditions of synthesis reaction have been obtained, reaction temperature is 110 °C , mole ratio of catalyst, glucose and n butanol is about 0.02∶1∶6. Under the optimal conditions, the reaction time 3h is much less than that reported in the literature. Products yield is about 88.1% and the product quality are very good.
