摘要
通过对车轮裂纹检测过程中影响裂纹特征信息获取和传输的诸多因素进行分析,确定了裂纹特征信息的获取方式,制订了超声仪与工控机在中断方式下的通信协议,并通过计算机并行口模拟超声仪信号的试验,确保整个数据采集过程的可靠性和实时性。
Though the detection of the wheel crack,this paper analyzes the factors on characterization of the crack and the data communication.the method to acquire the diagnostic parameter of the wheel crack is proposed.the communication protocol of interrupt between the industrial computer and the ultrasonic instrument is given.An experiment with data communication is made,utilizing the lpt of another computer to simulate the output portof of the ultrasonic instrument.
