宫颈液基薄层细胞学诊断ASCUS与组织学诊断的对比分析

The Comparative Analysis on the Diagnosis of TCT and Histology

目的探讨宫颈液基细胞学中未明确意义的非典型鳞状细胞(ASCUS)的临床意义。方法对525例ASCUS病变,与做过活体检查的210例进行组织学对照。结果 ASCUS占同期全部液基细胞学检查的4.47%。组织学证实慢性炎症占40.95%,宫颈上皮内肿瘤形成(CIN)Ⅰ级占49.05%,CINⅡ级占7.61%,CINⅢ级占2.38%。结论细胞学与组织诊断存在较大不一致。ASCUS的进一步明确诊断应引起临床妇科医生的重视。

Objective To discuss the clinical significance of the Atypical Squamous Cell of Undetermined Significance（ASCUS）of Thinprep Cytoiogic Test（TCT）.Methods Cytologic comparison of 210 that had biopsy from 525 ASCUS.Results Ascus constitutes of 4.47%of TCT in the same period. Cytology demonstrates that chronic inflammation constitutes of 40.95%,CINⅠ49.05%,CINⅡ7.61%,and CINⅢ2.38%.Conclusion There is a huge difference between cytology and histologic diagnosis.To further defmitude the diagnosis of ASCUS should cause attention of gynecologists.
