摘要
目的分析各种临床标本中产ESBLs大肠埃希菌分离情况,了解药物敏感情况,为临床提供选用针对产ESBL大肠埃希菌抗菌药物依据。方法细菌鉴定使用美国BD100细菌鉴定分析系统,药物敏感试验使用微量稀释法和KB法。结果 109株产ESBLs大肠埃希菌主要分离自尿液、痰液和分泌物标本。产ESBL大肠埃希菌株对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦和阿莫西林/克拉维酸的耐药率分别为2.4%、4.7%和7.1%。对美罗培南和亚胺培南仍然敏感,耐药率分别为0和0.9%。结论产ESBL大肠埃希菌的耐药问题已经成为治疗相关感染疾病的棘手问题,应重视并采取有效的控制措施。
Objective To investigate the condition and drug resistance status of Escherichia Coli which produce ESBLs from various kinds of specimens to provide the scientific evidence for reasonable use of antibiotics.Methods Identification of Escherichia Coli was performed by BD phonix 100 System. Microdilution and KB method were applied to detect the drug resistance of Escherichia Coli which produce ESBLs.Results Totally 109 strains of producing ESBLs Escherichia Coli were mainly isolated from urine,sputum and secretion.Resistance rates of ESBLs producing E.coli to cefoperazone /sulbactam, piperacillin/tazobactam and ampicilin/sulbactam were 2.4%,4.7%and 7.1%,respectively.Strains of ESBLs producing E.coli were still highly susceptible to meropenem and imipenem.The resistance rate of those stains to the two drugs were 0 and 0.9%,respectively.Conclusion Drug resistance caused by bacterial extended spectrum B lactamase(ESBLs) has been a thorny problem in hospital for therapy of associated infections disease.It is mandatory for hospitals to take effective control measures.
