飞燕草总黄酮提取物对小鼠炎症抑制作用的研究

Study of Delphinium grandiflorum flavonoids on inhibition of inflammation in mice

目的:研究飞燕草总黄酮提取物对小鼠炎症的抑制作用。方法:采用乙醇回流提取法提取飞燕草总黄酮,同时采用醋酸致毛细血管通透性增高急性炎症法研究飞燕草总黄酮的消炎作用。结果:乙醇回流提取所得飞燕草总黄酮对醋酸致毛细血管通透性增高急性炎症有明显的消炎作用。结论:乙醇回流提取飞燕草总黄酮含量高,且提取物消炎作用明显。

Objective：To study the Delphinium flavonoids extract inhibited inflammation in mice.Methods：The ethanol extract of total flavonoids extracted Delphinium grandiflorum,while using acetic acid-induced acute inflammation of capillary permeability studied Delphinium grandiflorum anti-inflammatory effect of flavonoids.Results：The ethanol extract from Delphinium grandiflor-um flavonoids on capillary permeability induced by acetic acid increased significantly with acute inflammation of the anti-inflammatory effect.Conclusion：The ethanol extract Delphinium grandiflorum total flavonoids content,and extract significant anti-inflammatory effect.
