手术结合早期功能锻炼及软骨修复药物治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折效果分析

Effect analysis of surgery combined with early exercise and cartilage repair therapy for complex tibial plateau fractures

目的:探讨手术结合早期功能锻炼及软骨修复药物治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果。方法:选择本院2006年10月～2009年5月收治的复杂胫骨平台骨折患者40例,给予手术治疗+术后CPM膝关节功能锻炼+氨基葡萄糖类等药物治疗,随访观察治疗效果。结果:本组患者术后随防18.5个月,膝关节HSS评分显示优26例,良14例,术后2周膝关节屈曲101.5°,术后随访中膝关节屈曲121.6°,无伤口感染,无内固定钢板松动或断裂。结论:手术复位内固定结合早期功能锻炼及软骨修复药物治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折,效果良好,膝关节恢复功能较好,值得应用。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of combination of urgery combined with early exercise and cartilage repair therapy for complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods：Chose 40 patients with complex tibial plateau fracture in our hospital from October 2006 to May 2009 were given surgery treatment＋CPM functional exercise of knee＋glucosamine and other drug treatment,observed the treatment effect.Results：The patients were flowed up for 18.5 months,HSS knee scores showed excellent in 26 cases,good in 14 cases,2 weeks after surgery knee flexion was 101.5°,and 121.6° in postoperative follow-up,there was no wound infection,or internal fixation plate loosening or fracture.Conclusion：Effect of surgery combined with early exercise and cartilage repair therapy for complex tibial plateau fractures is good,the knee function restore better,and it is worthy of application.
