前置胎盘合并胎盘植入35例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 35 cases of placenta previa combined with placenta accreta

目的:探讨前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的危险因素及对妊娠结局的影响。方法:收集2008年6月～2011年5月本院进行正规产前检查并分娩的资料完整的前置胎盘及前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者的临床资料进行调查分析。结果:前置胎盘合并胎盘植入组孕妇年龄、孕次及中央型前置胎盘的发生率高于前置胎盘组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);前置胎盘合并胎盘植入组休克的发生率及产后出血量高于前置胎盘组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孕妇年龄、孕次及中央型前置胎盘是前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的危险因素,前置胎盘合并胎盘植入可引起母婴严重并发症的发生,应重视前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的早期诊断,及时处理,减少母婴并发症的发病率。

Objective：To investigate the risk factors and pregnancy outcomes of placenta previa combined with placenta accrete.Methods：The complete clinical data of patients of placenta previa combined with placenta accrete from June 2008-May 2011 were analyzed.Results：The age,pregnancies and the rate of central placenta previa of the placenta previa combined with placenta accrete group were higher than the group of placenta previa,there were statistically difference（P〈0.05）;The incidence of shock and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage of the placenta previa combined with placenta accrete group were higher than the group of placenta previa,there were statistically difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Age,pregnancies and the rate of central placenta previa are the risk factors of placenta previa combined with placenta accrete,it can cause serious complications of maternal and child,we should pay attention to the early diagnosis and timely treatment in order to reduce the incidence of the complications of maternal and child.
