摘要
合成环氧树脂存在下 MMA/BA/H/AA 四元共聚物,研究了其乳液共聚宏观动力学,探讨了单体浓度、引发剂浓度、乳化剂浓度和温度对共聚速度的影响,得出了共聚速率方程和表观活化能。引发剂浓度是影响聚合速率的主要因素,环氧树脂的存在延长了聚合反应的诱导期。
Copolymer of MMA/BA/H/AA is synthesized in epoxy resin and macro-dynamics of emulsion copolymer is studied as well.Factors affecting co-polymerization rate,such as the concentration of monomer, initiator,emulsifier and the polymerization temperature are also discussed.A conclusion of copolymer rate equation and apparent activation energy is reached.The key to influencing polymer rate is the concentration of initiator.The existence of epoxy resin extends the inducing period of polymerization.
