LEEP刀与微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效对比

Efficacy comparison of Loop electrosurgical excision procedure and microwave therapy for treatment of chronic cervicitis

目的:通过对200例慢性宫颈炎患者进行分组治疗,观察LEEP刀和微波疗法对治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果。方法:对这两种治疗方法在治疗时间、出血量、治愈效果等方面进行比较分析。结果:对轻中度患者这两种疗法的疗效没有显著差异,但对于重度患者采用LEEP刀治疗要比采用微波疗法效果好。结论:对治疗重度患者LEEP刀要比微波疗法效果显著。

Objective： By dividing 200 patients with chronic cervicitis into two groups receiving different treatment, to observe the clinical efficacy of loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） and microwave therapy for the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods： These two treatment methods were compared and anzlyed in the treatment time, amount of bleeding, healing effect and other aspects. Results： For patients with mild to moderate chronic cervicitis, efficacies of these two treatment methods were not significantly different, but for those with severe chronic cervicitis, efficacy of LEEP was better than that of the microwave therapy. Conclusion： LEEP has more significant effecacy than the microwave therapy for patients with severe chronic cervicitis.
