胸骨骨折并胸椎骨折的治疗体会

Treatment of bone fractures and thoracic sternum fracture

目的:探讨胸骨骨折并胸椎骨骨折患者的临床特点及治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析本院2008年11月～2010年11月共收治的17例胸骨骨折并胸椎骨骨折患者的诊治资料,总结该类患者的临床特点、诊断方法及治疗方法。结果:胸骨骨折并胸椎骨骨折患者具有致伤暴力强、脊髓损伤严重、合并多发伤的概率高的临床特点。3例患者行保守治疗,14例患者行手术治疗,所有患者经治疗后,骨折脱位均复位良好。结论:应根据患者的实际情况,选择对胸骨骨折并胸椎骨骨折患者的治疗方法,保守治疗适合于完全神经损伤及不能耐受手术的患者,手术治疗适合于不稳定型胸椎骨骨折并胸骨骨折患者的治疗。

Objective： To investigate the clinical features and treatment for fracture of the sternum and thoracic spine fractures in patients. Methods： Retrospective analyzed 17 cases of fracture of the sternum and thoracic spine fractures in patients with treatment data in our hospital from November 2008 to November 2010 who were treated, summarized the clinical characteristics of these patients, diagnosis and treatment. Results： The characteristic of fracture of the sternum and bone fractures in patients was with thoracic injuries strong violence, a serious spinal cord injury, multiple injuries combined with high probability of clinical features. 3 patients were treated conservatively, 14 patients were underwent surgery, all patients＇ fracture and dislocation were good reduction after treatment. Conclusion： Patients should be based on the actual situation, the choice of the sternum and thoracic spine fracture treatment in patients with bone fractures, conservative treatment for complete nerve injury and can not tolerate surgery patients, surgical treatment for unstable thoracic fractures and sternum fractures the treatment of patients.
