下颌阻生智齿拔除断根处理的探讨

Discussion of the mandibular impacted wisdom tooth root pruning treatment

目的:了解下颌阻生智齿拔除术后遗留断根发病情况并进行统计学分析,为临床诊疗提供参考。方法:对75名行下颌阻生智齿拔除术遗留断根的患者,在术后1、3、5、8年内通过体格检查、X-ray方法观察患处发病情况。结果:下颌阻生智齿拔除术后断根遗留与否,与该部位病变发生无统计学意义。结论:在下颌阻生智齿拔除过程中出现断根且断根周围没有炎症,若取出困难,断根可遗留于牙槽窝内。

Objective： To understand the mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction after the incidence of root pruning and statistical analysis, provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods： Observed seventy-five patients who impacted wisdom tooth extraction line jaw surgery but tooth root pruning, during 1 、3、 5 、8 years after surgery, used physical examination, X-ray observed to analyze the complication incidence. Results： The realationg beteen the postoperative mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction or remain and complication had no significant statistically. Conclusion： The mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction process appear tooth root pruning and there haven＇t inflammation, if difficult to remove, root pruning can be remain alveolar fossa.
