顶空气相色谱-质谱法测定大型玩具中芳香烃化合物

Head Space-GC-MS Determination of Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Large-Toys

提出了顶空气相色谱-质谱法测定大型玩具中苯、甲苯、乙苯、间(对)二甲苯、邻二甲苯、萘、蒽等7种挥发性芳香烃残留量的方法。选择顶空平衡温度和时间分别为90℃和40min,用RTX-5色谱柱分离,电子轰击离子源检测。7种芳香烃化合物在一定的质量浓度范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)在0.02～0.04mg.kg-1之间。在3个添加水平上做回收试验,加标回收率在90.0%～106.8%之间,相对标准偏差(n=7)在0.3%～5.3%之间。

Head space-GC-MS was applied to the determination of 7 aromatic hydrocarbons（i.e.,benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,o-xylene,m-xylene,p-xylene,naphthalene and anthracene） in large-toys.The equilibrium temperature and time of head space were selected at 90 ℃ for 40 min.The analyte were separated on RTX-5 column and EI source was used in MS.Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 7 aromatic hydrocarbons were kept in definite ranges.Detection limits（3S/N） found were ranged from 0.02 to 0.04 mg·kg-1.Tests for recovery were performed by addition of mixed standard of the 7 aromatic hydrocarbons at 3 concentration levels,results of recovery found were in the range of 90.0%-106.8% with RSD′s（n=7） in the range of 0.3%-5.3%.
