摘要
电子电气产品塑料部件样品用硝酸和过氧化氢微波消解处理,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定所得样品溶液中铅、镉、汞、铬、钴、砷、锡、硅和硼等9种限制元素的含量。使用合适的内标元素和干扰校正方程消除了被测元素的干扰。方法检出限(3σ)在0.01~4.38μg.kg-1之间。方法用于不同材料的塑料部件中9种元素的测定,加标回收率在100.2%~109.6%之间,相对标准偏差(n=7)在1.7%~5.7%之间。
The sample of plastic parts of electrical and electronic products was treated with HNO3 and H2O2 by microwave assisted digestion,and the contents of 9 restricted elements,including Pb,Cd,Hg,Cr,Co,As,Sn,Si and B in the sample solution were determined by ICP-MS.The interferences were eliminated by suitable internal standard elements and correcton formula.The values of detection limit(3σ) of the method found were in the range of 0.01-4.38 μg·kg-1.The proposed method was applied in the analysis of samples of different plastic parts,giving values of recovery in the range of 100.2%-109.6%,and RSD′s(n=7) in the range of 1.7%-5.7%.
