摘要
探讨了在纺丝成形过程中纺丝温度、侧吹风速度、卷绕速度等工.艺参数对X形导湿透气功能聚酯预取向丝截面形态、拉伸性能等的影响。研究表明,纺丝温度为291℃、侧吹风速度为0.40~0.45 m/s、卷绕速度为2800~2900m/min时得到的纤维综合性能较好。
The effects of process conditions such as spinning temperature,quenching speed and winding speed on the cross-section morphology,tensile property,etc.of X shape polyester POY with moisture conduction and air permeability were discussed in this study.Results indicate that when the spinning temperature,quenching speed and winding speed are 291℃,0.40~0.45 m/s and 2 800~2 900 m/min,respectively,polyester POY can exhibit better combination property.
