摘要
利用2001—2009年我国省级面板数据,通过一系列回归模型,分析研究信息技术对我国区域创新活动的影响和信息技术影响创新活动的可能机制,提出增强我国区域创新能力的政策建议。
Based on the provincial panel data during 2001-2009, a series of regression models are adopted for analysis of information technology effect on regional innovation activities in China and its possible mechanism, whereby policy suggestions are proposed on enhancement of regional innovation capacity in China.
