摘要
基于现有的双核模型和两栖模型,构建一个整合模型,分析结构差异化和跨职能接口对创新的影响。运用159家高科技企业的问卷调查数据进行假设检验,发现:结构差异化对利用式创新有正向直接影响;结构差异化能正向调节探索式创新与新产品绩效的关系;跨职能接口对利用式创新有正向直接影响;跨职能接口能负向调节探索式创新与新产品绩效的关系,还能正向调节利用式创新与新产品绩效的关系。
In this paper an integrated model that combines the dual-core model and ambidextrous model is established for the purpose of analyzing the effect of structural differentiation and cross-functional interface on innovation. Using a sample of questionnaires from 159 high-tech enterprises of China, some hypotheses are tested. The results show that, structural differentiation has a directly pos- itive effect on exploitative innovation and positively moderates the effectiveness of exploratory innovation, and while cross-functional in- terface has a directly positive effect on exploitative innovation, and negatively moderates the effectiveness of exploratory innovation and positively moderates the effectiveness of exploitative innovation.
