摘要
高新技术产业的发展需要金融环境和融资体系的助力,但我国高新技术产业融资仍然存在融资主体不明、融资渠道单一、金融生态环境良莠不齐的问题。根据高新技术产业自身的成长性和风险性等特征,构建包括知识产权融资、产业投资基金、创业引导基金等在内的灵活多样的融资模式,通过拓宽融资渠道并构建信用担保体系来保障融资模式的有效运转。
The development of hi-tech industries needs the help of financial environment and financing system, but the financing of China＇ s hi-tech industry is still unclear in financing body, simplex in financing channel and intermingled in financial ecological envi- ronment. Intermingled According to the hi-tech industries＇ characteristics of growth and risk, several flexible financing modes are con- structed including intellectual property financing mode, industrial investment funds and business guiding fund. And the measures of broadening the financing channels and building the credit guarantee system will ensure the effective operation of the financing modes.
