Forecasting Research of Urban Parking Facilities' Demand

从分析影响城市内停车设施需求量的因素入手，全面总结了多种停车需求预测模型，并在此基础上提出静态交通发生率的模型及求解算法．模型应用在上海市停车需求预测中并取得了良好效果．

This paper firstly analyzes the impacts of urban parking demands, then lists some effective forecasting models we usually use. Based on these models, the paper gives a static occurrence rate model and its algorithm.This model was applied to Shanghai parking facilities' forecasting and got the good result.
