结合具体的造价案例,分别针对总包管理费与总包配合费,工程变更及签证计价方式,数份施工合同如何确定工程价款三方面内容进行了分析,并根据《建筑法》《合同法》等法律法规给出了合理解释和建议,具有一定指导意义。

Combining with specific cost example,this paper respectively made analysis according to the main contractor management fee and main contractor coordination fee,engineering changes and visa valuation way,how to determine the project cost of number of copies of construction contract three aspects,and gave reasonable explanation and suggestion according to the Construction Law,Contract Law and other laws and regulations,had certain instruction significance.
