针对目前工程项目管理现状,就新形势下工程项目管理模式创新作了论述,并提出了自己的看法,从而努力探索有中国特色的现代工程项目管理模式,以适应市场经济的需要。

In light of current engineering project management status,this paper discusses the innovation of engineering project management model under new situation,puts forward some views,and explores modern engineering project management mode with Chinese characteristics,so as to adapt to the need of market economy.
