Discussion on safety and quality management of building construction

结合作者所在公司近年来实行的一系列安全管理制度和措施,论述了从基层一线施工项目到公司总部如何提高建筑施工安全管理品位,为今后安全管理工作的发展方向提出了一些可行的方法与建议,以期指导实践。

Mainly combining with a series of security management system and measures achieved in author＇s company recently,this paper discussed how to improve the security management quality of building construction from the basic line construction projects to the company headquarters,put forward some feasible methods and suggestions for future development direction of security management work,in order to guide practice.
