对工程项目管理科学化的探讨

根据项目的特殊性及城市建设大规模的发展现状,对我国工程项目管理的发生和发展进行了分析,同时提出要发展我国的工程项目管理,应加强项目管理科学化,使企业适应现代项目管理的要求。

According to the specialty of project and development status of large-scale urban construction,this paper analyzes the generation and development process of domestic engineering project management,and puts forward some opinions for developing domestic engineering project management,such as strengthening scientific project management and adapting the demands of modern project management for the enterprise.
