摘要
对物业管理的概念及性质进行了简要介绍,分析了我国物业管理环境状况,针对物业管理经营存在的成本风险及阶段风险进行了探讨,并提出了相应的防范措施,以指导实践。
The paper introduces the concept and features of the property management,analyzes the status for the property management environment,explores the cost risk and stage risks in the operation of the property management,and points out the respective prevention measures,so as to direct the practice.
