摘要
针对目前国内施工企业流程再造中存在的问题进行了分析,简要介绍了业务流程和企业流程再造的概念及具体流程,探讨了项目部在执行流程中的优势,并对适应流程再造的公司结构调整及资源调配进行了阐述,以期指导实践。
This thesis analyzes problems existing in domestic construction enterprise BPR,briefly describes business procedure and BPR concept and specific procedure,explores advantages of project department in carrying out procedures,and expounds company structure adjustment and resource allocation,with a view to guide practice.
