600例住院患者抗菌药物应用分析

The Analysis of 600 Cases of Hospitalized Patients with Antimicrobial Agents

目的分析2010年我院住院患者抗菌药物的应用情况。方法用系统抽样法对600例住院患者的抗菌药物使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果抗菌药物应用较为普遍,77.8%的住院患者使用抗菌药物,且应用的种数过多,联合用药较多。微生物学检查的重要性认识不足,较少治疗性应用抗菌药物的患者进行了微生物检查。结论抗菌药物的使用存在不合理应用的现象。应加强抗菌药物使用的管理,提高临床医师的技术水平,发挥临床微生物学工作者的作用,使抗菌药物的应用合理化、科学化。

Objective To analyze the case of antibacterials used by hospitalized patients in 2008.Methods The data were collected and retrospectively analyzed in 600 hospitalized used antibacterials by systematic sampling.Results The phenomenon of using antibacterials is very common,the rate of patients who have used antibacterials with vary kinds and more drug combination was about 77.8%.Lacking the significant view of microbiological examination.Moreover less cases have been taken microbiological examination using antibacterials for remedial aims.Conclusion Measures could be taken to enhance the antibacterials management,promote the clinicians capability,and produce a marked effect of clinical microbiology,so as to use the antibacterials rationally.
