摘要
目的探讨DIC(产科弥散性血管内凝血)的早期诊断治疗的重要性。方法选取我院自2006年6月～2011年7月收治的105例产科弥散性血管内凝血患者进行回顾性分析。结果 105例DIC患者经治疗,抢救成功92例,死亡13例。结论早期准确诊断DIC病因,并对症治疗是治疗产科弥散性血管内凝血的关键。
Objective To evaluate the function of early diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy complicated with DIC（disseminated intravascular coagulation）.Methods To analyze the clinical data of 105 cases.All of these cases were choosen from june 2006 to july 2011 in our hospital.Results 92 cases of them were succsessfully rescued,13 cases of them died.Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy complicated with DIC are the key of DIC’s treatment.
