低档次女性性工作者艾滋病和梅毒感染状况调查分析

Survey of AIDS and syphilis infections among female sex workers in low-grade entertainment venues.

目的了解青岛市低档次女性性工作者(FSW)艾滋病、梅毒感染状况,探索有效的干预模式,控制艾滋病性病的流行和蔓延。方法采用问卷调查方法收集信息,SPSS 15.0统计软件分析资料。结果 200名FSW的艾滋病防治知识知晓率为86.0%,最近一次与客人发生性行为时安全套使用率为74.0%,最近一个月内与客人发生性行为时每次都用安全套者仅占8.5%。63.0%的调查对象有溜冰行为(吸食新型毒品),溜冰后每次都使用安全套者仅占4.0%。检出梅毒阳性28人,检出率为14.0%;未检出HIV抗体阳性者。结论低档次FSW人群安全意识差,应加强对该人群的健康教育与行为干预力度,提高该人群安全套使用率。

Objective To understand AIDS and syphilis infections among female sex workers in low-grade entertainment venues in Qingdao and explore effective intervention to control the epidemic and spread of AIDS.Methods Through the questionnaire survey information was collected and statistical analysis of the collected data was performed with the use of SPSS 15.0.Results The awareness of AIDS knowledge among the FSWs was 86.0%.Condom use rate was 74.0% during their last sex behavior;8.5% of the FSWs used condom consistently during their sex in the last month;63.0% of them used new drugs and rate of consistent condoms use accounted for only 4.0%;28 were detected positive for syphilis and the detection rate was 14.0% and no HIV-positive case was found.Conclusions The awareness of safe sex among the FSWs is poor and health education and behavioral intervention should be strengthened and the rate of condom use among FSWs should be improved.
