某院医院感染现患率调查结果分析

Analysis on Investigation Results of Prevalence Rate of Nosocomial Infection in a Hospital

目的了解沈阳市某院医院感染现状,为更好地控制医院感染和减少漏报率。方法对2009年12月16日和2010年12月16日2天所有住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查。结果共调查住院患者819例(2009年366例,2010年453例),2010年医院感染率为7.06%,感染例次率为7.06%,明显低于2009年(9.29%、10.38%)。2009年医院感染部位以胃肠道为主(63.16%),其次为下呼吸道(13.16%)、泌尿道(7.89%)、皮肤软组织(2.63%)。2010年医院感染部位以下呼吸道为主(56.25%),其次为上呼吸道(12.50%)、泌尿道(12.50%)、皮肤软组织(9.37%)、胃肠道(6.25%)。医院感染高发科室均为重症监护室(ICU),2009年为36.10%、2010年为39.47%。结论医院感染现患率可真实地反映医院感染情况,为进一步加强重点科室医院感染管理提供依据。

[Objective]To understand the present situation of nosocomial infection in a hospital of Shenyang city,so as to control the nosocomial infection and reduce the missing report rate. [Methods]The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection was investigated among all inpatients on December 16,2009 and December 16,2010. [Results]819 inpatients were surveyed（366 in 2009 and 453 in 2010）,the nosocomial infection rate（7.06%） and infection case-time rate（7.06%） in 2010 was significantly lower than that in 2009（9.29% and 10.38%）.In 2009,63.16% of nosocomial infection occurred in gastrointestinal tract,followed by lower respiratory tract（13.16%）,urinary tract（7.89%） and skin and soft tissue（2.63%）.In 2010,56.25% of nosocomial infection occurred in lower respiratory tract,followed by upper respiratory tract（12.50%）,urinary tract（12.50%）,skin and soft tissue（9.37%） and gastrointestinal tract（6.25%）.The high-risk department of nosocomial infection was intensive care unit（ICU）,and the infection rate was 36.10% in 2009 and 39.47% in 2010. [Conclusion]The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection can truly reflect the status of the nosocomial infection and further provide the basis for the management of the nosocomial infection in the high-risk departments.
