超敏C反应蛋白与脑卒中病变程度的相关性分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的研究脑卒中患者超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)与脑卒中严重程度的关系。方法选择急性脑梗死组88例、脑出血组87例、静息性脑梗死87例与非脑卒中组87例分别测定、比较各组间hsCRP水平差异。结果急性脑梗死组、脑出血组的hsCRP水平,显著高于静息性脑梗死组和非脑卒中组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NIHSS评分1~9分组及≥10分组血清hsCRP水平比较也有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论 hsCRP与脑卒中的发生有密切关系,hsCRP水平在一定程度上能反应脑卒中的严重程度。 Objective To study the relationship between hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and the severity of patients with stroke.Methods There are 87 non-stroke persons as the control group and 262 stroke cases as the observation group in this study.The observation group is including 88 patients of acute cerebral infarction,87 patients cerebral hemorrhage cases and 87 resting cerebral infarction.All the persons had been determined serum hs-CRP respectively.We compared the concentration of hs-CRP between each groups.Results The hsCRP of acute cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage groups were higher than resting cerebral infarction group and the non-stroke group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).he concentration of serum hsCRP in NIHSS score ≥ 10 group is higher than the NIHSS score 1-9 groups,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion There are very close relationship between the hs-CRP concentration and the severity of patients with stroke.The concentration hs-CRP maybe can response the extent of stroke's severity.
