The paper introduces that Taiyuan Road Administration Branch,with inadequate funds,spares no effort to optimize the allocation of funds,promote preventive maintenance,improve the technological level of road maintenance,take market-oriented measures to socialize the maintenance of roadbeds and ditch shoulders to effectively solve the shortage of funds.
