通过分析国外机械工程学科研究生培养类型,总结了机械工程学科研究生培养模式及目标特点。提出机械工程学科研究生的培养应强调创新思维能力、科学系统的研究方法论和多学科综合知识应用三种科研素质的培养。最后,给出了机械工程学科研究生科研素质培养的实施方法。

After analyzing the training types of mechanical engineering graduates abroad,the paper summarizes the training modes,objectives and characteristics,proposes that the training should be focused on creative thinking,scientific and systematic research methodology and the application of multi-disciplinary knowledge and finally gives some measures to promote their research qualities.
