摘要
以某重型机床厂在引进、吸收国际先进技术的基础上自主研发重载摆角铣头的实际需求为背景,根据重载摆角铣头的结构和性能特点,构造了重载摆角铣头关键技术研究的体系结构.该体系结构以理论研究为基础,以实验研究为验证手段.理论分析主要包括运动分析、静力分析、动力学分析、热特性分析和热力耦合分析;实验研究主要包含模态测试、热特性实验和精度实验等.本文重点对该体系结构进行阐述,后续文章将分别对体系结构中的关键问题进行深入论述,为铣头设计提供理论与技术支持.
The heavy load angularly defecting milling head is an important functional component of 5-axis CNC machine tool, which is used for large and complex parts with free-form surface processing. The paper constructs the architecture of key technology for heavy load angularly defecting milling head based on demand of independently developing of milling head. The architecture includes theory investigation and experiment analysis. Theory investigation is-the base of the architecture, which includes kinematics analysis, static analysis, dynamics analysis, thermal characteristic analysis and thermo-mechanical coupling analysis. Experiment analysis verifies the theory investigation, which mainly includes modal testing, thermal characteristic experiment experiment. The paper focuses on elucidating the architecture of all key technology of milling head, papers will discuss the detail of the key technology respectively in the architecture. The study academic and technical support for milling head design.
