摘要 针对应用型人才培养的目标,对《食品分析与检测》实践教学的教学大纲、教学内容、教学方法、考核办法进行了改革和探索。通过修订大纲、优化实验内容使实践内容更符合社会需求;建立了以学生为主体的教学方法,增加了实验课上学生的主动参与性;完善了实践教学考核制度,科学地评价学生的综合素质,取得了较好的效果。 Aiming at the cultivation of applied talents,the reform and exploration of practical teaching on"Food Analysis and Determination"were carried out in teaching program,contents,methods and evaluation means. The revision of teaching program and optimization of experiment contents helped to make the practical teaching better meet the requirements of the society;studentcentered teaching methods were established to enhance the students’initiative participation in experimental classes;and the evaluation system for practical teaching was perfected to scientifically evaluate the general quality of students,from which satisfactory effects were obtained.
