摘要
移动通信技术的高速发展推动了移动图书馆的建设,使得开展广泛的移动信息服务成为可能。文章介绍了移动图书馆的概念,讨论了其信息咨询服务的实现方式,并在此基础上提出基于移动图书馆的信息咨询服务体系框架结构。
The rapid development of mobile communication technology promotes the construction of mobile library and it also makes possible to broadly develop mobile information service. This paper introduces the eoneep of mobile library. Then it discusses the implementation of information consulting service. At last it proposes the framework of information consulting service system based on the mobile library.
