This paper discussed the roller coating on aluminum foil as scraping by lacquer of dry coating system uniform thickness measurement samples, through the thickness and area to determine dry coating of volume, and measurement painted before and after lacquer quality to determine dry coating quality, and then based on density of the calculation method of dry coating density. This method is simple, accurate and reliable, do not need special instruments and equipment.
