摘要
通过适当调整FeCrNi合金的成分,改变其热膨胀系数,用以进行激光熔覆,并研究熔覆层的开裂敏感性.结果表明降低熔覆层热膨胀系数有利于明显减小激光熔覆层的开裂敏感性.经过分析。
After adjusting components of the Fe Cr Ni alloy powder used to laser clad on 45 steel, we have found that the expansion coefficient of clad layer and its cracking sensitivity changed and the cracking sensitivity decrease with lowering of expansion coefficient of clad layer. These results are discussed. It is pointed out that the range of the difference of expansion coefficient between clad layer and substrate need reducing cracking sensitivity of clad layer.
