水飞蓟宾脂肪乳在小鼠体内的靶向性研究

Study on the distribution of silybin lipid emulsion in the mice

目的考察水飞蓟宾脂肪乳在小鼠体内的组织分布并进行肝靶向性评价。方法采用高压匀质技术制备水飞蓟宾脂肪乳,于小鼠尾静脉给药,RP-HPLC法测定各器官中不同时间的药物含量。结果与注射剂相比,水飞蓟宾脂肪乳在小鼠肝脏中的药物分布明显提高,肝的靶向指数为注射剂的21.54倍,相对总靶向效率为242.70。结论脂肪乳改变了水飞蓟宾在小鼠体内的分布,具有明显的肝靶向性。

OBJECTIVE To study the tissue distribution and liver-targeting property of silybin lipid emulsion in vivo.METHODS The high-pressure homogenization technique was used for silybin lipid emulsion preparation.The emulsion was injected intravenously in the mice and the concentration of silybin was detected by RP-HPLC.RESULTS Compared with silybin injection,the drug distribution of silybin lipid emulsion in liver was increased significantly,the liver-targeting index in liver of lipid emulsion was 21.54 times higher than that of silybin injection,and the relative overall targeting efficiency was 242.70% times higher.CONCLUSION The silybin lipid emulsion changed the drug distribution in the mice and showed good liver targeting property.
