HPLC同时测定加味香连丸中的和厚朴酚与厚朴酚

Simultaneous determination the contents of honokiol and magnolol in Jiawei Xianglian pills by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法同时测定加味香连丸中和厚朴酚与厚朴酚含量的方法。方法采用SinoChrom ODS-BP色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(42∶58),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长294 nm,柱温为室温,进样量20μL。结果和厚朴酚0.500～6.00μg.mL-1、厚朴酚、1.338～16.06μg.mL-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r分别为0.9996、0.9998;平均加样回收率分别为100.0%、99.8%。结论所建方法快速简便、重复性好、专属性强,可用于加味香连丸的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of honokiol and magnolol in Jiawei Xianglian pill.METHODS The analytical method was carried out with a SinoChrom ODS-BP（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）column and a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water（42：58） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 294 nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.500-6.00 μg·mL-1（r=0.9996） and 1.338-16.06 μg·mL-1（r=0.9998） for honokiol and magnolol,respectively.The average recoveries were 100.0% and 99.8% for honokiol and magnolol,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,reproducible,precise,and applicable for the determination of honokiol and magnolol in Jiawei Xianglian pill.
